Dolans Bay Taxi

Dolans Bay is located 26 kilometers south of the Sydney central business district; it is part of the Sutherland Shire region and is in the local government area of the Sutherland Shire. Dolan’s Bay has been named after Dominick Dolan, a land owner in the area in 1863. He had purchased the land from Mary and Andrew Webster they had paid 108 pounds and 15 shillings for the land along with a yearly peppercorn quit rent for their land.

Sitting on the north shore of Port Hacking estuary, the suburb has been named after the small bay on the edge of Burraneer Bay. Burraneer Bay has a private marina area slipway and repair facilities many houses overlook the bay and some that line the water’s edge have their own boatsheds. Dolans Bay’s neighbours include the suburbs of Port Hacking, Lilli Pilli and Caringbah.
