Bella Vista, a Sydney suburb situated nearby the Greater Western Sydney and the Hills district areas. It is 33 kilometres west to the Sydney CBD. Bella Vista is a north western Sydney suburb. During the period of 1890′s the suburb got declared as the largest orange grower amongst the colonies.
Before experiencing significant business and residential developments, Bella Vista was used for small agricultural activities. Previously parts of this land were acquired by the Pearce family whereas portions of this property are now owned by the Hills Shire Council.
